“HOTEL location is in great place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are amazing. Very family oriented. Recommendations are updating carpets and bathrooms doors.”

“Could be better. The pool was not heated and it was too cold for the little ones. No one even told us or there was no sign. we were just told afterwards that they are fixing the pool. My parents room did not have their keys that each time they leave the room, they have to go through the lobby to get someone to open the door for them. they said the keys would be ready in 10 mins and there are several 10 mins until they said, it will be available at 11 am the following morning. “Clean”

“The staff was super helper and kind. The room was very clean and the hotel was beautifully decorated inside and outside for fall.”

“Being someone that is handicapped, it would have been nice to have an automatic front door that opened for me & my scooter.”

“None”

“La camera spaziosa e silenziosa. Caffè ed acqua calda a disposizione. Forno micro onde disponibile.
